Job-site debris hauling for Orange County contractors
We haul construction debris from Orange County job sites three ways: $29 dumpster bags our crane truck lifts out ($279 for the first bag on a pickup, $179 for each extra bag on the same pickup), roll-offs from 12 to 40 yards from $650, and C-21 licensed demolition. Every bag pickup ticket shows the job address and the bag’s scale weight.

Why contractors use bags on the job
Fill it at your own pace
A bag takes a 7 × 4-ft spot and holds 4 cubic yards or 1 ton, and ships free south of the 55 and west of the 241. Your crew fills it as the work goes; you book the pickup when it's full.
The crane lifts it out
No steel bin parked on the client's driveway for two weeks. Our crane truck lifts the bag out. Where it can sit depends on the site, so text us the address and we'll tell you.
$179 for bags 2 and 3
Hold full bags for one pickup: $279 for the first, $179 for each extra bag on it, up to 3 bags a pickup. Two bags are $516 all in, three are $724.
Weighed on site
Up to 2,000 lb a bag is included. Extra weight is verified on-site, and you'll be able to review the scale reading before any additional charges are applied. Over that is $135 a ton.

Bag prices per pickup
Batch each site's bags: $179 for bags 2 and 3.
All in, per pickup at one job address. The first bag's pickup is $279; each extra bag on that pickup is $179, up to 3 bags a pickup. A 4th bag, or a bag at another site, is its own pickup.
Bags 2 and 3 are $100 less to pick up when they go on the same pickup as bag 1.

CALGreen's 65%, and the Orange County cities that ask for more
California's CALGreen code requires covered permitted projects to recycle or salvage at least 65% of their nonhazardous construction and demolition waste, and cities can require more. Dana Point and Mission Viejo set 75%. Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Tustin track projects in Green Halo. Most cities want a waste plan before the permit and weight tickets before the final.

FAQ
Questions contractors ask
Do you work with general contractors on ongoing jobs?
Yes. Call or text (949) 701-0206 with the job address, what's coming out and how often, and we'll set the job up with dumpster bags our crane truck picks up, a roll-off, or both. All invoices are due upon receipt, unless other arrangements have been made. Ask us about account arrangements for ongoing work.
How are invoices and pickup tickets set up for contractors?
Invoices are issued by project, under the job address. Every bag pickup has a ticket that shows the job address and the bag's scale weight, so you can track tons by job and check the bill. Over one ton a bag is $135 per ton, from that scale reading.
Do bags at two different job sites go on one pickup?
No. The $179 rate is for each extra bag on the same pickup as the first, at one address. Bags at another site are their own pickup: $279 for the first bag there, $179 for each extra one with it. Hold each site's bags for one pickup and you get the lower rate at every address.
Can I verify your contractor's license and workers' comp?
Yes, on the state's own record. Eco Waste Inc. is CSLB license #947447, C-21 Building Moving / Demolition, active, first issued in 2010. The CSLB record also lists the license bond and workers' compensation coverage (on file through June 8, 2027). Look it up at cslb.ca.gov.
Will your weight tickets work for a CALGreen or city C&D report?
Every bag pickup ticket shows the job address and the bag's scale weight, which is what you need to track tons by job. Cities decide what documentation they accept, and some ask for the receiving facility's own weight tag: Fountain Valley's must show the facility, the tonnage, Fountain Valley as the origin and a C&D code. Tell us the city before the job starts and ask what we can provide for its report.
Do homeowners pay different prices?
No. Homeowners get the same bags at the same prices: $29 a bag, $279 for the first pickup and $179 for each extra bag on the same pickup ($516 for two, $724 for three, all in). A bag and a one-bag pickup can be paid online at checkout.
