Short version: what you send us is used to schedule and quote your dumpster or job. It isn't sold, rented or added to a marketing list.

What we collect
When you use the request form we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number and city, and — if you choose — your email, delivery address, ZIP, the size and material, where the bin will sit, the date you want it and any notes. The form also records the page you sent it from, your browser’s user-agent and the time, to spot spam. It also notes where your visit began (the page you landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tag in the link) so we know which of our listings and printed codes work. Requests are stored securely in our private office inbox so we can follow up with you, and we keep them for as long as we need them to do that and to keep a record of the job.
What we do with it
- Call or text you back to confirm the size, price and delivery
- Schedule the drop-off and pickup, and invoice the job
- Keep a record of the job
We don’t sell or share your information with anyone who isn’t needed to deliver the service.
Who else touches it
The site is hosted on Vercel. If online requests are switched on, a request passes through the notification service that delivers it to our phones or inbox (for example ntfy, Resend or Twilio). The free calculators run entirely in your browser; anything you type into them stays on your device.
How we see what’s working
We use a few measurement services to learn which pages help people and how they found us. None of them is used for advertising, and none of them receives your name, your phone number, your address or anything you type into the form or the calculators.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies and don’t identify you.
- Our own speed check adds up, with no identifier and no cookie, how quickly each page loaded and reacted for visitors as a whole (good, needs work or poor). It sends nothing that could identify you and skips bots.
- Google Analytics shows which pages people visit, how they found the site, the city and country they browse from, and the kind of device. It also counts taps on the call, text, email and order buttons, requests sent through the form (not what’s in them) and use of the free tools (which tool, never your inputs). It doesn’t load until you first interact with the page (a scroll, tap, click, key press or mouse movement).
- Microsoft Clarity shows how pages get used (where people scroll, tap and click) as heatmaps and anonymous replays. It never records what you type, and the request form is hidden from it. It also waits for your first interaction.
The site also counts, by itself, visits from search engines and AI assistants (such as Googlebot or ChatGPT) by the name they give, and visits through our short links and QR codes (by link and date only). People are never part of the bot count, and no IP address or cookie is kept.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies for the reporting above, once you first interact with the page. The tools may remember your last inputs in your own browser’s storage so you don’t have to retype them. You can block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings, or block Google Analytics everywhere with Google’s opt-out add-on.
