Rules at the gate
- Show an OC business license, CSLB license or other business ID (no business cards), or use a deferred account.
- OC-origin waste only: bring a contract, work order or permit showing the OC job address.
- Cover and secure every load; uncovered loads can be warned, cited or turned away.
- Weigh in / weigh out; ask the fee booth about a tare-weight decal.
- Treated wood: OCWR TWW manifest before unloading; keep it separate; no coated or painted wood.
- Dirt over 5 cu yd or 8 tons: Soil Information Form + lab results first (soil@ocwr.ocgov.com).
