  • Cover and secure every load; uncovered loads can be warned, cited or turned away.
  • Weigh in / weigh out; ask the fee booth about a tare-weight decal.
  • Treated wood: OCWR TWW manifest before unloading; keep it separate; no coated or painted wood.
  • Dirt over 5 cu yd or 8 tons: Soil Information Form + lab results first (soil@ocwr.ocgov.com).
